If in cases where you need to work with feet getting wet, wear boots to avoid touching the water which will become essentially dirty. After any workout sessions or any exercise activities rest, wash and dry your feet immediately.

It is always best to avoid being infected by infected toe rather than curing it and by following these simple prevention tips you can be assured that you are far from getting infected by this nasty fungi.
